“We had a great experience! Hotel was clean and updated. Amazing distance to beach, board walk and pier. The little cafe attach to hotel was nice too! The staff and front desk was super nice and helpful. I felt like they genuinely enjoyed being there and was interested in my daughter and myself and what we had planned for the weekend. It was so nice and we will for sure come to this hotel again and recommend to friends.”

“Excellent location, fast checkin/checkout. A bit of a maze together to rooms. Definitely a no frills hotel. Rooftop was okay. Close to roadway and pedestrians, was very noisy. Room was clean, oddly situated but spacious. For the rate, La Bahia would have been a better value.”

“The moment we checked in it was like meeting old friends again. Katrina effortlessly got us settled in a room after our arrival. The ocean front king room offered a great view of the beach, ocean and pier. We even got to see the holiday train from the room balcony! The room was clean, well done and had everything we needed. Being on the frontage road there was some street noise but that was expected for a Saturday night. The roof top deck was a nice addition outdoor space to relax. After we checked out we were even allowed to store our luggage for a bit while we enjoyed lunch prior to departure. Based on our experience we would stay again, thanks again”

“The location is absolutely perfect for visiting the boardwalk and beach. We were able to go back and forth easily and still enjoy the beach and ocean sounds from our balcony. The staff greeted us every time and were very pleasant and helpful. We easily DoorDashed food for the varied tastes, which opened up more options around food. The hotel was quiet, clean, and perfect for our mini vacation. Will definitely stay again.”

The location next to the pier and boardwalk was ideal for walking and exploring the city. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely be returning the next time we visit the area!”

“This hotel is a prime location that is hard to beat. Literally a few steps away from the beach. Look at their website for the explanation of room types and views. We splurged on the Luxury type to have a beach facing room, with a balcony, and it was worth it for our special occasion. However, any of the balcony rooms looked fine. Sitting on the balcony, sipping coffee in the morning was perfect. The space was very clean, well furnished and decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. They also have an outdoor shower for removing sand, which is great. This hotel also has a coffee shop located within the hotel, which was a nice bonus. We definitely enjoyed our stay! Only thing to consider for your stay is that parking is $25 a night (as of 2026) and the lot is very tight and only one car can enter/exit at a time, so you should be a comfortable driver, without a super-sized vehicle or trailer, a few of the front spots are "compact car only." Parking was easy, but just so you are aware.”

“Great location. Staff was very helpful & responsive. The room was cleaned daily at our request, which is the new normal. It would be nice if the pool was heated. A negative for us were the pillows. They were very flattest pillows we’ve ever encountered. It would be nice if they added amenities such as disposable room slippers. We would stay there again. We would get a little bigger room. Storage for 7 days worth of clothes etc was tight for us the over-packers.”
